(I hope my explanation is clear despite English not being my native language)

In an open voice chat on Discord, my friends and i decided to create "hear me out" cakes on whiteboard. Since the board was open new people started joining and things quickly got out of control. It turned into chaos and the board ended up full of strange and ridiculous things.I did not add the image of Prophet Muhammad and had no intention of doing so. In whiteboard it's impossible to determine exactly who added what, so there's no point in blaming any specific participant. My mistake was that i didn’t pay attention to my cake before posting it and didn't remove the image. I realize that it was disrespectful, especially considering that i come from a Muslim family. I did not take the situation seriously and let it spiral out of control. I should have thought about the consequences and intervened earlier, i deeply regret what happened, and i apologize for the hurt it may have caused.
